Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable Executive Assistant/ Operations Coordinator to join our team at Trade-In Solutions, an independent auto dealership in Los Angeles. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

While you’ll be assisting the owner with daily tasks, this role is highly flexible and involves a variety of duties across our business. You’ll work closely with other team members, handling everything from administrative work to hands-on customer service and vehicle management. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide direct support to the manager on various daily tasks, projects, and administrative needs.
  • Customer and Administrative Support: Greet clients, answer phones with professional etiquette, assist with customer concerns, and manage incoming packages and deliveries.
  • Dealership Operations: Coordinate and assist with vehicle inspections, assessments, and reconditioning. You will also be responsible for driving cars, going on test drives with customers, and helping keep the lot and service areas clean and organized.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Strong customer service skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Suite and iOS.
  • Valid California Driver’s License and a clean DMV driving record—no exceptions.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: 5 or 6 days per week, including every other Saturday.
  • Hours: Weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM; Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM. Occasional overtime may be needed based on business needs.

Compensation:

  • $18 – $25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. 
  • There is always room for advancement and a higher hourly wage for qualified candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance.
